Stress is well known to cause weight loss in individuals, but the opposite is often true. Negative emotions contribute to one's behavior of over-eating. I find food very comforting and I eat junk foods like fries, sweets, cakes and chocolates very often. Whenever I am angry or upset I tend to savor them and they become my savior. Recently I have been worried about the weight gained due to this comfort eating disorder. Its like a vicious cycle I am into -Stress - Eating - Weight Gain - Stress -.....

well you have told that when you are getting stressed you eat too much..... its one of your bad habbit which makes you fatten..... some people usually go for exercises when they get stressed
so you can change the habbit and can feel well

well for sure you eat because you want to forget those angers. maybe you are in anxiety? cause thats one of the symptoms. also try to relax your self by like some massage your forehead when you are stress and take some deep breath or correct breathing could relief stress.
